🕊️🐾 Thank you for joining us at St. James Cathedral for our annual Blessing of the Animals in celebration of the Feast of St. Francis of Assisi.
It was a joy to witness such a beautiful gathering of people and pets—furry, feathered, scaled, and hooved—all coming together in love, gratitude, and community.
The wagging tails, gentle purrs, and smiling faces reminded us of the deep bond we share with all of God’s creatures and the sacred role they play in our lives.
Your presence helped make this day especially meaningful, and we are so grateful for the warmth, reverence, and joy you brought to this beloved tradition.
🙏🏻 May the blessings of St. Francis continue to guide us in kindness, compassion, and care for all creation.
