Thank you for considering a donation to the St James and Community Refugee Response initiative.
The Cathedral-Community Refugee Response Committee was formed in November 2015. Since that time the Committee has sponsored and supported refugees from Iran, Syria and Cameroon. We are also awaiting for a family from Eritrea, whose refugee application is pending with the Government of Canada.
In response to recent events, committee members are now working toward sponsoring two Afghan refugee families. Your contribution will help to bring our remaining funds up to the level needed to support this goal.
