Thank you to the Reverend Yanling Maggie Meng

Recently, we said goodbye to our priest for the Mandarin congregation, the Reverend Yanling Maggie Meng.

Maggie has been with us since the beginning of the year and is an absolute delight. She is returning to China where she will teach at Nanjing Union Theological Seminary.

We wish Maggie, Adam, and their children God’s richest blessings as they embark on the next leg of their journey of service to God and the Church.

Since we have been unable to find another Mandarin priest, the Mandarin service will be discontinued until further notice. Members of the Mandarin-speaking community will be joining us at one of our morning services as we consider discerning the next steps for Mandarin ministry at the Cathedral.
