Mark your calendars for Sunday, September 7 at 9:00am: Worship Together service
As Dean Stephen recently shared, our 9:00am service has been refreshed to more fully accommodate worshipers of all ages and abilities and encourage every member to not only engage but also lead in the service if they so desire.
If you would like a preview of Worship Together, join us for a ‘dress rehearsal’ on Sunday, August 31, at 9:00am.

Please contact The Rev. Matthew Waterman at mwaterman@stjamescathedral.ca to express your interest in the roles outlined below.
Plan to attend our first orientation session on Saturday, August 30, from 10:00am-12:00pm in the Cathedral.
We have the following available roles:
- Servers: to assist with setting up and putting things away after the service, carrying the cross in procession, and assisting the priest with setting the table at communion.
- Litanist: to assist our lay intercessors in leading the congregation in prayer. A repeated call and response prayer will be read by the Litanist after the intercessors have read their prayer composed for the day.
- Hospitality: to help welcome people at coffee hour, paying special attention to those who are new, distributing name tags, and noticing those who may need help with accessibility.
- Tech: to help with live-streaming and monitoring/adjusting the sound during the service.
